We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Night Carers to support our clients through the night and into the morning. Initially, this may involve waking night shifts on a short-term basis, with opportunities to transition into sleeping nights and even domiciliary hourly care as needs evolve.

💼 About the Role

As a Waking Night Carer, you’ll provide person-centred care in clients’ own homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with personal care when required

• Assisting with mobility and comfort

• Preparing meals and drinks

• Administering and safely storing medication

• Following company policies and procedures

• Updating care plans and risk assessments

• Maintaining safeguarding standards and reporting concerns appropriately
